Important Information

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:59PM on Friday will not begin processing until Monday at 10:00 am.

We DO NOT work on proofs nor offer pickups on the weekend.

Our local pickups hours are Monday - Friday from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Refunds

Due to each product being custom we do not offer returns and refunds. Once design is started all sales are final and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. However, if there is an issue, we will try our hardest to rectify the situation.

Communication

All communication pertaining to orders will be done strictly through email [meiracreativexpress@gmail.com]. All proofs and updates will be sent via email.

Revisions

Each project (excluding websites) is allowed 2 revisions. After the second revision, a $10 revision fee will be applied for each additional revision. If a project is finalized and printed and the client wishes to make revisions then the revision fee plus the cost of the product must be paid.

Turnaround Time

The turn around is listed on each product, however depending on your response time with revisions and my workload could cause some delays. If there are delays, this will be communicated to you.

Shipping

After you approve your final product, your product will then be prepared for shipping. Orders ship within 48 hours of approving the proof. Orders approved over the weekend, will ship on Monday afternoon. Orders are shipped through UPS and a tracking number is emailed immediately. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to UPS, however we will take the necessary options to file a claim.
